6K run that was slowed by heavy bike traffic, traffic lights and picture taking of mileposts. Ran 1K WU/CD with rests and one ten and one on the back end. No leg problems and watch is still workable. For how long is anyone's guess. Ran the 4K segment at an 8:25 pace slight negative split 15:58/15:41 with a 7:51 pace on the back half. Weight is back to exactly where it was for Boston marathon in 2007.
