Back in Anthem, running 5K in October and loving it. The usual run with no rests or walking. Tough to do a negative split with that last 1K uphill. 19:04/19:21. Pace was 7:22 on the first leg. To give you an idea how different Km one is from Km 5. I do the first K in a 6:54 pace and the last lap at an 8:15 pace.
