Slow run for 5K 1K WU/CD with rests after and before as well as on ten and one, walk. 3K segment pace was 8:05 and a negative split 12:09/11:58 with a 7:59 pace on the back half. Still having trouble with the watch. Hopefully a new V-800 will solve the problem.
