Notes
Saturday morning 10K run. Decent pace considering the steep uphill portion on the first leg up Avenue Road. A good Negative split 41:05/34:11 with a pace of 6:57 on the second 5K. No rests and no ten and ones. However, the run did tire me out some for the next day or so.
