I had set up the Garmin with the intervals but even though I had turned off the GPS, it kept beeping... must check the set up. Eventually I just shut down the thing and continued running. So 13 minutes walk to warm up the calves, 5 minutes cool down and straight running in between. Man that felt good. But I think it's time to take it outside and get used to it instead of only the treadmill. Otherwise the transition will be difficult. The new playlist, on the other hand, seriously rocks!!! :-)
