Decided to wear the stability shoes to see if there would be a difference. None. Still the feeling in my arch and hamstrings/hips. Stuff I don't get as quickly with the Vibrams. Took me a few kms to warm up. Speaking of warming up, running tights too warm at this time of the year. I was ok with my top but could have worn just the 3/4 tights. Once I got going I didn't want to stop, I kept adding blocks... ended up doing maybe 5 kms more than I first planned. Happy with the run overall.
