Notes

Second attempt at running. 10 minutes walking then 10 sets of 1/1s followed by 5 minutes walking. Last set was a little over 2 minutes. Foot felt awesome. Some soreness but it's expected and it's definitely different than the last time. Overall pace was adjusted with the 25 minutes total walking :) will now wait until Tuesday to do another set on the treadmill. I feel happy.
