Ok, so the Garmin stopped for some reason... so it recorded 4.68 km but I did 6.20, same as last week. Took me 41 minutes to do it. Great weather, better pace and lots of energy. All was well except for my left calf that kept cramping up from Parliament to University. Ouch, ouch, ouch... Still, happy I went out.
