Way too nice to use the dreadmill... so headed out for my short run. Managed to run in the sunshine for the most part. Not too busy on the sidewalks, I went to Richmond so not too many pedestrians. I totally avoided Front Street. Breathing was a bit laboured at the beginning but legs felt fine. Could even do a little fartlek at the end. Great run, I'm happy.
