Tried to recreate a spinning class at the gym in the building. Not sure I was able to do it all because standing up on it wasn't too easy to do but I did a LOT of speed work. Also wasn't sure how the bike was so selected mid range intensity. Next time I'll go higher and longer. Workout distance includes 5 minutes cooldown. Worked up a good sweat. Happy with my training today. Not sure if the distance was in kilometres or miles, I think it was kilometres...
