Very good run. I had a few doubts from last weekend encounter with a very needy runner so wasn't sure I could handle keeping my mouth shut. But I didn't need to worry, said runner already complained so one of the coach made a point to stay with her. Good I said... I'm not a coach :) so ran at my pace, 10/1s very happy with my run, with my legs, with my foot. Icing it now as my walk to the pet food store afterwards aggravated my arch.
