Awesome run. Revenge from last Sunday when I bonked at the 7k mark :) Went along Lakeshore to the east as the race was going on and I really wanted to have full sets, not with a break at every street corner. Legs and right ankle a bit tight and I was tired at the end but it's to be expected. I think I need to up my frequency of running. Shorter distances but more often and keep one long distance a week. So another run is planned for Tuesday.
