Was subbing for FWO clinic. Only 4 women but faster runners. VERY cold and windy outside. Wherever you went there was a wind tunnel... my fingertips were freezing and I wasn't wearing the right base layer but really enjoyed the run. They probably thought I was a nutbar... And I will repeat it all again tomorrow night at the LTR clinic... hoping it will be a tad warmer!
