Notes
Training Run for Haiti. It was supposed to be 10k but we got lost in the loop and didn't do it properly so result, only 8.7k but still, we were out there. It was COLD!!! First 2k were brutal. My hands couldn't get warm, my neck was cold, my water belt was moving around, I wasn't a happy camper. Then it all got better, hands got warmer, tightened my belt and breathing got under control. Of course, running with a hangover is NOT the best thing to do but oh well... still happy I went out today. It was for a good cause.
