Notes

3rd run on the treadmill. Hard to stay interested on those things... :) 10 minutes walking then a block of 6 sets of 1/1s, a couple of sets of 2/1s and then 5 minutes before finishing with a leisurely 10 minutes cooldown. Foot still behaving, calves are making themselves known with the shoes but it feels very good wearing the Vibrams.
