Notes

Did 2x3 miles at tempo w/60 sec rest between. Was too hot out, and should have done some drills before first set because I was way too stiff. Oh well, still getting a little better but far from where I want to be. Did not look at the watch at all so this was all by feel. As usual the cool down felt like I was doing 9 min miles.
