Notes

RPE 6-8.5. Effort level varied based on set. Feeling a bit fatigued. Taking the evening off. And will consider doing drills only in the a.m. Still confused over why I can lead the lane on 12x75 but get spit out the back end while doing pull sets. Today on the last pull set I used paddles and kicked inside of buoy. Of course this helped. So I will not use buoy on pull sets. I worked on this question with maccurdy. We tryed a couple of things...Apparently not working. I do feel as though I am shortening my stroke while using paddles.
