RPE 7+. This was a feel good swim. After a couple poor swims it was nice to feel like I had a good swim. warm up 400 swim. main set 4x400 pull with 200 easy in between(each 400 was a build). first 400 easy 2nd 400 harder 3rd 400 harder, etc. Although on last 400 I got behind a slower swimmer and drafted behind her for almost all 400. cooldown 200
