rpe 7. I started the run off like some old man feeling every bone and ligament strain as I took each step. As I began to warm up everything was back to normal...As a matter of fact, my 1st mile was much faster than usual..And each mile thereafter would get faster and faster. HR did not work until sometime towards the end of mile 2. Even in mile 4 HR incorrectly spiked in the 150's.

After ~32mins of warm up i finished the run with 6 30 sec strides. Kept them controlled and efficient. Did not go 100%. Ran smart and listened to body. Positive run...Calves feel ok. 2nd day they have felt better. Still want to monitor left achilles, rt calf and left thigh...I am ready for more...

I have another massage tonight...

Just went back and read last fridays same workout..Wow what a difference one week makes...
