rpe7-8+. 8+ bc the hard effort were short . If they had been long sets I might have had rpe 9. The coach made a comment to me that has been mentioned before. But it was the way he said it or described it that made sense. The power is always in the back end of your stroke. Ok I know this. But how do you execute that comment? I have been told this before but not like he explained. The end of your pull is faster than the beginning. You build our pull/stroke so that it is faster at the end than the beginning. I think I might have been doing my pull/stroke at the same speed throughout. So I hope this helps.

warm up 400swim 8x50 on 60secs(about 15 secs recovery between) 4x200 pull on 3:15(about 10 secs rest) 300 kick( very easy effort for me)

4x100 on 1:45

8x50 on 60secs

odd:25 hard 25 easy

evens 50 hard

cd 200 swim
