rpe 6-7. Stretched and worked abs. Woke up tired today. easy drill swim. Did all drills with fins. I want to be as buoyant as possible and work solely on the drill not have to kick hard to stay prone.. took longer rests in between drills. No need to hurry through technnique development. save that for days like yesterday. 500 swim warmup. 1200 drill, followed each 100 drill with a catch-up. 100 pull( I believe the pull sets are helping me find that spot in the water to optimize my pull.) cd 200 swim
