Good swim. The longer sets at a pae that is almost too difficult but not too difficult that I cant hold for a short peroid of time is forcing me to stretch my arms out to help grab as much water as possible so that I can maintain the lowest effort possible and still go fast.
warm up 500 pull with paddles
4x(500swim moderate, 15secs rest, 2x100 steady, 15secs rest, 50 hard, 50 easy) = 3200yds
