rpe7-9. Stretched plus abs. Ran 1 mile stopped stretched. 2nd mile fastest. Everyone was excited about the temperature. 77 degree and low humidity put everyone in a good mood this a.m. And it showed in my splits. The HR graph wil show a downward movement at mile 1 and sometime after mile 2. These were both stops. Cadence first mile 91. After that 93-96. Ready to go! Feel Good!
