rpe 7-7+. Swim felt good. Not a difficult swim. warm up 500. 2x(400 + 4 x100)=1600(all pull) I tryed to remove paddles on the 100's but quickly realized it was too fast to keep up...5x100 swim on 60 secs. 2x(4x50 easy 100 hard). Swim felt good. I feel strong in the water.
