Notes

Ran a .75 mile easy warm up. Followed stretching. Then a 2 mile TT on a strained left hammy:14:15. Very slow but still well fast enough to go to the Colorado Altitude test this weekend. Followed by a .25 mile walk. Hamstring felt ok.. After .75 mile of the TT I decided to pick up pace. It felt good for about .5 mile before I had to shut it down and go back to my 7:15 pace. I will keep waering the compression shorts for teh hammy. That seems to help.
