rpe6-8+. Warm up 500 swim. 650 drill/swim. did some sprints for the first time since last tri in early OCT. I have been doing all of these drills ever since. 4x25 on 30 secs, 2x50 on 50secs, 100 on 1:40, 2x50 on 50secs, 4x25 on 30secs. 50 cooldown
