Notes

warm up 450 drills (50 drill followed by 50 swim). Always follow up a drill with swim to help reinforce the drill.

10x50 on :50 secs. I did all between 38-41 secs. Good effort on this set. I tryed to work on technique and not pushing it so hard that I loose technique...But still swim hard. cool down 200.
