rpe7-8. Negative split each mile. Thats a positive. 6x30 secs with 30secs in between each gradually pushing each stride harder. Strides felt good. they felt fast. Still feeling a lack of fitness in my favorite discipline. I guess since I took off longer on the run post IM that it will take the longest to get that feeling back. I will keep pluggin along until I feel "good" in the run again...
Just realized that tomorrow I will have ran 6 days straight. Another positive is that I feel good in regards to stress and fatigue on my body.
