warm up 500yd pull 3x400 swim(moderate, steady, TT) each set of 400 build. Although today it did not feel like a build and the TT was not as difficult as it might should have been. 50 easy

30x50 yds(sprinters delight) Interesting how the short stuff I am stronger bc I can tell myself that I can do 50yd sets all day and know I have a break coming up immediately after each 50. Whereas, on longer stuff I have to suffer a bit before I get a break. Physically I am strong enough to do the long sets. Mentally I can make myself suffer on the short stuff ie 50's bc I know I only have to suffer briefly.
