rpe8. Began run feeling fatigue. Not sure abve HR data is correct. I did not feel like I was pushng 150's until the strides. And even then the first 2 strides were so controled that I do not feel myHR elevated above 150. There is no way my max HR was 182...So I feel the HR data avg's and max results are not correct. ran 32mins followed by 6 30secs strides with 30secs recovery in between. I did get over 8.5hrs of sleep last night. Overall I just felt a little off. They cant all be perfect runs or workouts...
