rpe7-9+. Fartleks! Hard effort. HR data not entirely correct. I cannot reach max HR 195. Although I did glance down and see a 183 at one point during the run. That about if not my max HR ~183. Although I did feel like when I glanced down at 183 that I had another gear...I tryed to run the hard parts controlled. But as I look back at my data it appears as though I went harder then I thought. 16mins warm up then began fartlek. 30,60,90,120,90,60,30 (30secs rest between each) followed by 2min rest and then repeat. Good workout. Stretched afterwards! I feel pretty good. I have a massage tonight.
