RPE 7-9+. Ran at a higher HR than expected today. It just felt like a good effort level. Although I did not stop listening to my HR, but did run under more rpe until the strides. 6 strides 30 sec each with 30 sec recovery. Strides were hard effort 9-9+. Never all out but darn sure close. I fet it was a solid run. Also HR will be higher now bc temps are warming up. stretch
