RPE 7-9. Stretched before and stopped again to stretch after 1 mile. Felt good. Rather easy. Comfortable effort. Cadence 90-93. Found it challenging at times to keep ceiling HR at 145. I believe the beard has given me wings...6 strides(30 secs on 30 secs off). with 4 min easy run and stretch afterwards.
