rpe7-7+. Run started off with an elevated HR. It felt like I was efforting. Now I may not have been pushing 160 HR, but I was really feeling the increased HR immediately into the run. 176 HR is not correct. I settled in and felt like I was running much faster than 8min mile. I guess this is another sign of fatigue. (The feeling of running faster than I was actaully might be a sign of fatigue).
