rpe 8+. warm up 800 swim. still warming up 8x50(25kick 25 swim) on 60 secs with fins..(400m)

main set 3x200 on 3:20 pull 100 swim recovery, 3x200 on 3:10 pull 100 swim recovery, 3x200 on 3 mins pull(was not able to make the last 2 intrvls) 100 swim recovery. When I try to go to hard I lose form. So I need to realize that if I cant do the intrvl not to push it to the point of losing technique but to swim as efficiently as possible..
