rpe7-8. The run started out hard. But got easier as the run went on. I needed to sleep in today. So I ran after the OWS. Yesterdays 3x35 wore me out. I ended up having a good run. Felt pretty good. Even though I felt pretty good, I kept the run on the shorter side since I was a bit fatigued from the 3x35's. I had 2 inaccurate HR spikes. I feel good overall. My calf discomfort is hardly noticeable any more. My hip feels much better.
