rpe7-9. Lost track of the workout. warm up 800 swim. 10x50 (25 kick 25 swimeasy all with fins)
main set 2x200 on 3:15 6x100 on 1:30( this is where I got dropped somewhere). 2x200 12x50. The main set was done with pulling equipment. Towards the end when I realized I could not keep pace I pulled off all puliong equipment and just swam. I am not even sure this was the entire main set. I lost track of the workout. 8x50 (25 hard 25 easy) on 60 secs. 300 cooldown
Swam ~ 75mins not sure. and swam between 3900-4100 m. Once again lost track...
