rpe7-8. warm up 500 swim. 4x150 with fins (50kick,50 drill 50 swim)
main set: 1x400 pull on 1:40(we did them on about 1:30.
2x300 swim on 1:40 (this was tough to make interval)
3x200 pull on 1:40 (did these on about 1:30-1:35)
4x100 on 1:40(it was a continuous swim to make the interval
