RPE 7+. Worked abs. Arrived at JCC 30mins early so that I could get some work in before lessons. After my terrible practice the evening before I wanted to get into the water...Besides with sharing lessons I usually only get 300-500 yds swim...I had a positive lesson! Worked on some of the same things as both(hip rotation, left arm stretching over centerline, rt and lft arm entry)
