4x8 deadlifts with 45-60 secs RI

3x12 lunges with dynamic stretching in between each set

balance while doing curls(3x8) slow sets. dynamic stretching in between each set

3x60 planks followed by 3x20 secs superman. followed each set with 30 secs RI

3x10 abductor machine weight.
