rpe 7-8. warm up 400. 200 kick easy 6x400 1:40 pace. 30 sec rest between each 400. all pull! Great swim. It felt easy! it felt good. worked on those thngs that maccurdy and I have been working on without focring myself to go too fast to where I lose form...Just a positive swim....one day it is a positive swim the next it is not...Keep working the feel good days will come closer and closer and more and more...
