RPE 7-9. Swim was too difficult for me at this pint of my return...I feel I would have not had to work so hard on this workout if it had not been for my days off. 500 warm up. 6x150(50 on 50 secs, 100 cruise on 1:40) That was a tougher set than it should have been. 300 easy pull 3x300(100 on 1:35 secs, 200 on 3:35) made the first 300. passed on the 100 on 1:35 on the last two sets. My goal this week was to do very little intensity while I am making this brief transition into my training schedule. finished with 300 pull before the lightening made us get out of the water...
