RPE 7+. Feeling fatigued. Took about 4 miles before I felt comfortable. 1st mile warm up. check above HR's. 1st 3 miles tailwind thus splits are faster. Maintain HR target on the return trip 3miles into headwind. RT calf is still tight. So I did not go any strides afterwards. RPM 91-93.
