rpe8. I give it an 8 bc my legs felt heavy. I just simply do not feel like I have my running legs. HR was low for me. HR data became accurate around mile 4. Everything before that was incorrect. I feel like my lung capacity was good today...But my legs were not there. So I did not push the pace. Settle in on a comfortable pace.

Not sure why we did a 2hr run today. This one run was almost as many miles as all of last week. Plus this is the longest run we have done since OCT. Might take tonight off to rest. Besides Wednesday a.m. swim is a much better practice...More challenging. Tues & Thursday swim practice is not challenging...

At one point I wanted to stop running. Not sure What has happened. I used to love to run. It hurts to run now. And just do not enjoy it as much as I once did. I feel like my bike is consistant whereas my run is not. I run 15-20 miles an entire week and then the next week I run 15 miles on one day.

Ok the positives....It was a perfect a.m. to run. 40 degrees and no wind. Dry not humid...Perfect a.m. Another positive is that I am not injuried. I have a few aches and pains...And A little fatigue in my legs but I feel good. Mentally, I need to try and work on being more positive in my trng. Swim is suffering as well as run...
