rpe7-8. warm up 500 swim. main set was a total of 1500 pull. Not sure the set. After the first 300 everything else was a continous for me...I had to work a bit bit it wasnt too difficult to keep up and maintain form. 8x50 kick. I did more swim drill with fins so as to not irritate my hamstring. last set was 4x150. 1st 50 hard 100 easy, 2nd 100 hard 50 easy, 3rd 150 was suppose to be 150hard. I felt my hamstringa bit so i immediately back off and finsihed with an easy 200 swim instead of 150 hard. Positive swim...Felt good.
