RPE7+8. The run simply felt difficult from a fitness stand point. I was not fatigued from a trng stand point. I feel quite rested. Good sleep this weekend...As noted my 1st mile max HR of 159 was not correct. Afterwards, I feel all HR data is correct. I am running more on rpe instead of setting my alarm to go off once HR reaches 145. And after 3 weeks I feel like I am running rather consistant. Stretched!

Post 4hrs after run. I feel some soreness in both calves. Will stretch throughout the day...
