rpe7. I heard foor steps the last mile and apparently I ran harder. I still ran controlled. And My HR did not spike too much. But it is obvious to me that I pushed a bit more then I wanted. The plantar felt ok. The lower ab didnt bother until the last mile. But only slightly..I am getting better. I hope another month of running 3x30min per week and I can begin to build a bit more distance and base before working on tempo..
