RPE 7+. Simply could not get going. So instead of pushing through I got out after about 32mins. Felt do at the beginning. Form and efficency felt right. Very quickly I felt I was slowing down and losing form. So I dropped to the rear of the lane and worked on form at a slower pace...
warm up 400 swim 6x50 swim
400 pull 200 swim
300 pull 100 swim stopped at this point...
Not sure if I am psychologically I become psuedo fatigued as a race gets closer and closer. Or if I am really that fatigued...Nutrition is not bad and getting plenty of sleep. Not going out! Work id not stressful. Not sure why I am "feel" so fatigued....
