rpe 7. My rt foot bothered me early on around .35 mile. But after that it was fine. It feels like a bruise. Thankfully I still feel it is only a bruise. I wanted to run today. My hr spiked around 150. But everything felt easy...Still riding high from my swim success over the weekend...wanted to run farther but shut it down around 12 mins. Walked about .25 mile. stretched.
