rpe7-7+. A very easy effort. And NO this was not on a treadmill. Although it looks like it by my splits. HR and effort were very consistant and low. The 7:55 mile I had was all slightly uphill. Kept the effort the same. Positive run. This felt like an IM effort. Or slightly below IM effort. Good long run for this time in my trng. HR never spiked. I ran on effort. Just a all round positive run. Slight tweak in my left hamstring. I have a massage coming up this week.
